Is this fully remote?
We're remote-friendly but hub-centric. Most of the month you work from wherever you do your best thinking. One week a month, we come together in Madrid — and we think you'll look forward to it.
Is this an early-stage startup? What does that mean?
Yes. That means more ownership, more opportunity, and more direct impact than you'd have at a later-stage company. It also means things move fast and evolve — that's part of what makes it interesting.
What's the working language?
We work in both English and Spanish. Most written communication, docs, and async work happens in English. In-person and team conversations often mix both. Fluency in English is a must; Spanish is a strong plus depending on the role.
What does success look like in the first 90 days?
You'll have shipped something real in week one. By day 30 you'll know the product, the customers, and the team well enough to have a clear opinion on what to work on next. By day 90 we expect you to be operating with full ownership — setting the pace, not just keeping up with it.
How does compensation work?
